Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

• Due to the nature of fragrances, we accept returns only for unopened, unused, and sealed products.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging are not eligible.

Damaged / wrong product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email photos and your order number to support@nibhas.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer / UPI after we receive your payment details.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@nibhas.in. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
